2. Purpose of the Website

The main purpose of the inimispeciale.ro website is to support children with severe heart conditions, giving them a chance at a better life through access to appropriate medical treatments. Currently, we are focusing on Maria's case, our little girl diagnosed with multiple heart malformations and a rare genetic syndrome (ZTTK). Through this website, we aim to raise the necessary funds for her treatment in the United States, with the goal of avoiding a heart transplant in the future and giving her a chance at a normal life as possible.

4. Collection and Use of Personal Data

In the donation process, we collect the following personal data: first name, last name, email address, postal address, CNP (Personal Identification Number) and phone number. For Form 230 we also collect the signature drawn on the page, selected options, accepted consent version, generated PDF, administrative notes related to processing and audit metadata. This data is used to process donation and Form 230 requests according to the privacy policy.

5. Form 230

Form 230 completed on the website is generated by the server from the data entered by the user. The user can preview the PDF before submission; previewing is not submission and does not create a database record. Submitting the form confirms that the data has been checked, is correct and may be used to generate the signed PDF.

The signature drawn on the website is used to complete the Form 230 document. The signed PDF is stored encrypted and may be accessed by authorized people in the association for verification, administration, download and preparation of the B230 export.

Form 230 data may be transmitted to ANAF and to the association's accountant or tax consultants strictly for preparing, submitting and archiving tax documents. The user is responsible for the correctness of the submitted data and for using their own signature.
