Conditions for using the website and participating in our activities
1. General Information
The website inimispeciale.ro is administered by ASOCIATIA INIMI SPECIALE, a non-governmental organization registered in Romania, with registered office in Șelimbăr, Sibiu County, Ion Rațiu Street no. 48A, sc. B, ap. 20, CIF: 51427430.
2. Purpose of the Website
The main purpose of the inimispeciale.ro website is to support children with severe heart conditions and other complex health problems, as well as their families, giving them a chance at a better life through access to appropriate medical treatments, investigations and therapies. The Association was born from the fight for the life of Maria, our little girl diagnosed with multiple heart malformations and a rare genetic syndrome (ZTTK), who remains in our care for the monitoring and recovery that follow her treatment in Boston. As far as our means allow, we also support other children in need, whose stories we publish on the website with their families' consent.

4. Collection and Use of Personal Data
In the donation process, we collect the following personal data: first name, last name, email address, postal address, CNP (Personal Identification Number) and phone number. For Form 230 we also collect the signature drawn on the page, selected options, accepted consent version, generated PDF, administrative notes related to processing and audit metadata. This data is used to process donation and Form 230 requests according to the privacy policy.
5. Form 230
Form 230 completed on the website is generated by the server from the data entered by the user. The user can preview the PDF before submission; previewing is not submission and does not create a database record. Submitting the form confirms that the data has been checked, is correct and may be used to generate the signed PDF.
The signature drawn on the website is used to complete the Form 230 document. The signed PDF is stored encrypted and may be accessed by authorized people in the association for verification, administration, download and preparation of the B230 export.
Form 230 data may be transmitted to ANAF and to the association's accountant or tax consultants strictly for preparing, submitting and archiving tax documents. The user is responsible for the correctness of the submitted data and for using their own signature.
6. User Rights
According to current legislation, users have the right to access, rectify or delete their personal data.
